Your day-to-day

As a Lead Product Related Safety Situations Management (PRSSM), you will lead the Quality Compliance PRSSM program to ensure adherence to national and international regulations, and PMI Quality Management System (QMS), facilitate, oversee and coordinate effective E2E PRSSM process according to PMI requirements and expectations for all product categories. Lead product-related crisis management processes within the PRSSM, and collaborate closely with local Markets and Operations Center (OC) to resolve PRSS cases, support the overarching process for customer complaints handling and management of nonconforming commercial products beyond PMI control to drive consumer satisfaction and safety, monitor and track metrics related to PRSSM process and activities, provide support to Quality Compliance initiatives and governance impacting the product quality and safety.

More specifically, you will
  • Oversee PRSS process in-line with internal standards, expectations and external requirements.
  • Document, maintain and track PRSS cases with the support of trained local and central contributors.
  • Ensure PRSS process is deployed & well understood across the organization through appropriate awareness and training.
  • Convey PRSSM findings and trends towards continuous product improvement in the frame of Post-Market Surveillance (PMS) activities with relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain PRSS case management tools using PMI’s infrastructures and IT resources.
  • Support the global business process owner of the overarching Complaint Management process, and collaborate with Consumer Care, Product Development, Safety Surveillance, Product Quality, Legal teams, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless E2E PRSSM process.
  • Support the Complaint Management process through cross-functional interactions and effective coordination, as required.
Who we are looking for
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences or Engineering. Specialization in Quality Management is a plus.
  • Substantial experience in GxP environment in the pharmaceutical or consumer goods industry. Knowledge & experience in electronics standards, Medical Devices is a plus (i.e. ISO 13485, ISO 14971, EU MDR). Sound expertise with international Quality standards and their core processes. Demonstrated good technical and interpersonal skills essential to effectively contribute to challenging activities in a fast-paced, highly cross-functional environment, as well as prior experience in Customer Complaint Management, Product Crisis Management – Product Recall/Withdrawal, Customer Service Management (in Markets, call centers, affiliates, and central functions), Post-Market Surveillance – Quality and/or Safety, in consumer goods, medical devices, pharmaceuticals.
  • Good knowledge in IT systems, infrastructure environment and tools (MS Teams, Office 365). Ability to collaborate, integrate, communicate effectively and influence. Very good business awareness. Structured and synthetic mind, results-orientation with great attention to detail, willingness to learn, theoretical and creative thinking, ability to thrive in ambiguous environments, as well as ability to deliver with moderate supervision.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English. Other languages are a plus.
