As an experienced and enthusiastic service personality, you will assume responsibility for SaaS Solutions and Applications within the IT Shared Applications & Services department. You will be responsible to build the team from scratch. Together with your team you will be the focus point for your internal customers and stakeholders and bring them to success with bespoke solutions. You will oversee SaaS / Service Providers. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle for applications / solutions in your area of responsibility- from demand, to implementation, over operations to retirement of the application.

What you will do
  • You build and lead the Saas Solutions & Applications team
  • You are responsible for the entire SaaS portfolio within IT Shared Applications & Services
  • You collaborate closely with your internal customers
  • You cooperate closely with relevant IT functions (IT Security, Infrastructure, etc.)
  • You coordinate, manage and monitor SaaS service deliverables and agreements
  • You contribute actively to the optimization of the service performance, also considering new trends or inputs resulting from operations
What you bring & who you are
  • You have a Bachelor / Masters’s degree in information technology, business administration or related
  • You have extensive experience (3+ years) with SaaS Solutions and Applications
  • You bring an excellent knowledge, skills, and experience in working with customers and suppliers
  • You have a secured technological understanding, incl. good knowledge of cloud and infrastructure
  • You are experienced in conducting and accompanying RfPs for the evaluation of suitable solutions
  • You are fluent in English and German (written/spoken)
