We’re looking for a Lead Java Developer to:
  • hands-on experience as Back-end Developer and good understanding of Java, Kotlin, Spring Boot, Functional/Reactive programming, Elasticsearch & PostgreSQL
  • experience working in an agile DevOps environment on microservices architecture
  • follow clean code principles, make sure produced code is secure, stable and operational before being released to production
  • provide technology solutions that will solve business problems and strengthen our position as digital leaders in financial services
  • provide technical expertise and recommendations in assessing new software projects and initiatives to support and enhance our existing applications
  • support the team in troubleshooting of production issues (L3 support)
  • help analyze and understand business and technical stories, write code, contribute to release and iteration planning and develop & streamline the working practices of our team
Description du profil

  • ideally experienced in the SCRUM delivery model within the financial sector
  • technical experience with Experience working with Java, Kotlin, Spring Boot, Functional and Reactive programming, Easticsearch/Postgresql
  • work in Jira, SharePoint, JSON and eventually ElasticSearch
  • inquisitive, able to challenge effectively and manage conflicting stakeholder needs
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • excellent understanding of Agile DevOps environment including microservices architecture and design
  • strong understanding of Agile Methodologies and SDLC
  • a conceptual understanding of software development including the full project lifecycle from working on multiple substantial projects using Agile development methodologies
  • fluent in English (written and spoken) to support local client base
