Your field of responsibility


You provide input into the design and delivery of a learning and development strategy to the global Asset Management business and ensure that learning and development solutions are aligned with Asset Management and HR strategy. You implement the Asset Management Book of Work, including all learning and development interventions, such as global and regional learning programs, diversity and inclusion initiatives, culture initiatives or other bespoke interventions. You identify various opportunities to drive consistent learning and development solutions and thus create efficiencies across the Asset Management division. In this role, you manage close coordination with business partners, HR Business Partners and experts across Credit Suisse to set priorities, and then design and develop appropriate learning and development solutions. Furthermore, you ensure consistent and efficient risk and cost management and establish excellent project and program documentation.

Your skills and experience


You will be a good match, if you have/are:

  • A subject matter expert, who has several years of working experience in the field of learning and development in the financial industry, preferably with a background in Asset or Wealth Management
  • A trusted advisor, who can provide business-relevant advice and counsel to business leaders and HR Business Partners
  • A project manager, who can manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver projects on time and on budget in a fast-pace environment
  • A relentless collaborator whose first instinct is to seek out existing solutions to address a business issue with a positive ‘can do’ attitude
  • An analytical thinker who has the ability to manage and deal with data and use data to make informed decisions about the effectiveness of solutions that are deployed
  • A high energy level and the ability to establish and maintain positive work relationships with clients, line management, peers, team members and key partners
  • High proficiency with MS Office technologies (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) is a must
  • Fluency in English and German (written and oral)
  • Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
