The position

In this exiting newly created opportunity, you will be managing all aspects of learning and development within our Swiss affiliate to improve employee competences and drive business objectives.


The ideal candidate will drive growth through designing learning formats based on the business strategy in line with departmental requirements. You will work closely with the Learning and Development stakeholders in the region and the Centre of Excellence and be responsible for the implementation and adaptation of regional and global training programmes for the Swiss Affiliate.


In this role you will also be responsible for ensuring and aligning leadership development and you will partner with directors & managers to identify training needs and create the training strategy accordingly. You will also drive and develop initiatives to prepare Frontliners for the future of customer engagement by building necessary capabilities and behaviours.


Furthermore, your will be:

  • Developing and creating training plans for all frontline positions, involving and collaborating relevant back office teams and managers
  • Independently plan, communicate, and follow up on all training activities
  • Design and implement the onboarding programme for all new Novo Nordisk employees
  • Drive talent management discussions, act as HRBP and support in various P&O projects.

In this position you will report to the Director P&O, Swiss Affiliate and bring valuable expertise within your area into the small existing P&O Team.


Qualifications

You have strong didactical skills as well as superior relationship management capabilities to partner with a variety external and internal stakeholders

  • To be considered for this role, it’s essential that you possess excellent communication and writing skills in both German and English; French would be advantageous.
  • You hold a university degree or equivalent in the relevant field eg. HR, Business, Education, Psychology with in-depth HR knowledge.
  • You bring at least 5 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development; Organizational Development or adult education ideally in international companies
  • Experience in working with various human resources functions and managers is desirable and ideally you bring commercial experience
  • You have excellent communication and writing skills and you are fluent in German and English. French would be advantageous
