Tasks
  • Lead the Customer Services Learning & Development Project globally
  • Drive the Service Academy’s growth as well as it’s professionalization forward
  • Ensure the initiative to be in line with the new Service strategy and businesses
  • Review potential gaps in the global Service skills & competencies sets
  • Keep focus on the actuality of the global skills matrix (e.g. in Field Service)
  • Develop further skills sets and matrix in other Service functions
  • Establish and track training metrics globally and ensure proactive training roll-out
  • Coordinate the annual Service People Development Cycle
  • Review and align the global Service career paths with the new Service strategy
  • Adapt and modify the Service Academy website to drive the digitalization ahead
  • Support the global Service transformation program within the Skills & Resources initiative
  • Improve and standardize onboarding processes for the Service businesses

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational/Personnel Development or similar education
  • Further Education with a strong focus on strategic Learning & Development
  • Ability to translate business needs into L&D strategies and exponential effects
  • Proven experience in implementing and driving transformation projects at a global level
  • Experience in leading complex projects in multi-functional and cross-cultural environments
  • Highly professionalized communication skills to mobilize a complex matrix organization
  • Very good networking skills to liaise with people across levels, cultures and geographies
  • High accountability for results and focused on solutions
  • Fluent in English, other languages are an advantage
  • Innovative, positive, winning team player and integrator

Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Organizational & Personnel development, or similar further education
  • Experience After Sales Services within the Technology or Engineering Industry
