  • Act as the first point of contact for all Learning & Development topics in Switzerland
  • Identify learning priorities and drive deployment incl. design and delivery of trainings and team workshops as required within Switzerland
  • Provide support to local HR Managers to ensure their ability to coach and support people managers and employees as necessary
  • Insure the end-to-end management of learning projects incl. learning needs analysis, design, its delivery and evaluation
  • Foster the implementation of the “Energy Center” (new building dedicated to lifelong learning - opening in June 2023), leadership development programs and monthly welcome days for new joiners
  • Manage and liaise with external training providers
  • Deploy global Learning & Development initiatives in Switzerland and Europe
  • Contribute to the global Learning & Development community
Required Qualifications
  • Min 2-6 years of relevant work experience in Learning & Development
  • Initiative and strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • Passion for lifelong learning & people development
  • Experienced in project management
  • Experience in workshop design and facilitation
  • HBDI qualified is of advantage
  • Able to communicate with internal and external stakeholders on different levels
  • Fluent in German and English (written / spoken)
