We are looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to help us continue developing one of our most critical assets - Our People! Reporting to the Head of Learning & Development, you’ll join our People Management team in Switzerland.

This is a role which offers an opportunity to grow and develop on-the-job. It is a visible role, offering opportunities to use your creativity and organizational skills while establishing credibility and a strong network. In this role, you can support our employees on a global level, while delivering customized and impactful learning solutions. You will be part of a growing team who is continually creating and layering in new learning solutions for our young organization.


Your mission will include:

  • Designing organisational specific learning content & learning solutions
  • Deliver and facilitate training to both employees and managers
  • Systems Administration for our LMS, External Learning Portals and intranet guides relating to employee development
  • Support the ongoing project to improve our onboarding process
  • Enable L&D to have a true strategic output by providing high-quality transactional, operational and administrative support.

Requirements

  • Previous experience facilitating and delivering training & workshops (2+ Years)
  • Experience working within an international, matrix environment. (2-4 Years)
  • Exposure to instructional design or content design (1-2 years)
  • Strong written & spoken proficiency in English.
  • We are a growing and maturing organisation with a number of processes still being established - Previous exposure to an environment like this would be beneficial.
  • Demonstrated skills in: detail management, reporting and presentations, SOW and contract negotiations, use of Apple computer, target audience messaging and communications
  • Demonstrated competencies in: agility, collaboration, thinking wholistically, self-initiative, leading global projects, creativity, solution-oriented, working at various organizational levels

Long term, you will be based from our brand-new office in Rolle. As we transition, you will need to spend time in our St Sulpice office short term. We also offer partial home/remote working.
