About the job

We are looking for someone who will be responsible for leading, developing, delivering and successfully enabling the learning offer for data and technology in IKEA Supply, working with your teammates in the Supply Data & Technology department. Together with peers across Supply, you will contribute to enabling our overall learning agenda offer for IKEA Supply, focusing on bringing everyone on our digital journey. You are passionate about people, user journeys, learning techniques in the context of digital.

More specifically, in this role you will be responsible for:
  • Leading and working closely together with peers across the totality of Inter IKEA and other relevant stakeholder make sure that the end-user perspective is at the centre when developing processes and digital tools.
  • Creating prerequisites for digital learning across IKEA Supply, building effective relationships and communities, identifying target group needs
  • Managing end-to-end analysis, design, development, delivery, effective evaluation of digital learning offerings, always considering the latest trends in terms of learning approaches
  • Focusing on the user learning experience, considering the “Five moments of need”, leveraging excellent communication skills and your ability to simplify messages
  • Contributing actively to the Inter IKEA digital learning lead community
In this role you will report to our Planning Manager at IKEA Supply and work closely with the rest of the Supply Data & Technology Management team to bring everyone in IKEA Supply on our digital journey.

To be successful in this role, we believe you are a strong leader able to inspire and engage with people. We are looking for a self-starting, empathic and adaptable leader with strong willpower. You are curious and able to build relationships in order to establish strong trust between the Supply Data & Technology community and its stakeholders. It is also necessary that you carry natural credibility and you have a proven track record of reaching stretch targets. You are an energetic and collaborative leader, with a passion for growing people and for embedding change. We see that you are highly driven by making complex things understandable by the many, continuously listening and adapting, constantly being on the way. You dare to think differently and you have an agile approach and adapt as we go. You are very familiar with technology, digitalization and finding new ways of bringing with you and are highly motivated to do this by leading business through people and collaborate and interact with different stakeholders in a global context. You are working close to co-workers and teams and used to identify and capture learning opportunities, support building offers and deliver great learning experiences.

We expect you to have a very good knowledge of methodologies focusing on users’ needs and on target group analysis. You’re also familiar with IT and digital organizations, working methods and solutions. You’ve had hands on experience in defining, designing, developing, delivering and measuring effectiveness learning offers.

You are a big fan of home furnishing and enjoy building a purposeful business by creating engaging and trustful relationships with colleagues, stakeholders and business partners. As a person you are appreciated for collaborative spirit and how you lead with strong focus on both technology and people.
