The Legal & Compliance Officer will be joining a dynamic team in a fast growing environment pertaining to a well-established Asset Management firm specialised in corporate bonds investment.

Responsibilities :

  • Advising the front office on a day-to-day basis on all legal and compliance issues
  • Answering to enquiries from authorities as well as other legal cases (including correspondence with authorities, clients and third parties)
  • Participating in the internal implementation of new provisions and regulations (including compliance monitoring)
  • Supporting negotiations and reviewing legal agreements

Requirements :

  • Minimum 5 years working experience within a financial services environment
  • Master’s degree in Law, CAS would be a plus
  • Independent, practice-orientated and reliable
  • Excellent communication skills, precise and solution-focused
  • Fluent in French/English. German is a plus.
