For our corporate legal department we are looking for a
Legal Coordinator for the Legal Department (50%) (d/f/m)
In this highly varied role, you will support the legal team at our headquarters in Kreuzlingen in a variety of ways. For example, you will use and maintain the electronic contract management tool and assist with research on legal issues. You will ensure smooth office management (including checking appointments and deadlines, coordinating appointments, proofreading and final formatting of documents, sending documents) and correspond with external lawyers and authorities in German and English. Furthermore, you will systematically record, collect and archive legally relevant information and documents. After a familiarization phase, your versatile job will be rounded off by reviewing and drafting standard contracts and other documents.

Required experience and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business law or completed commercial training with relevant know-how in business law.
  • Initial work experience in a legal department of a company or other organization related to business law matters
  • Very good German and at least good English skills
  • Very good MS Office skills (especially Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Quick perception and structured way of working as well as assertiveness
  • Intrinsic motivation to actively make a difference in our business activities
  • Quality and result orientation
