Known Requirements
  • 2 years of professional experience in a law firm specializing in commercial law or as in house legal counsel in an information technology company required
  • Prior experience in reviewing, drafting & negotiating contracts preferred
  • Master of Laws (LLM) required
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) required
  • Fluency in German & English required
