For its branch in Switzerland, we are looking for a Legal Counsel to join our organization.

The Legal Counsel provides business oriented legal advice to ensure adherence to applicable law and regulations and to guide senior management. Main area of activities are corporate law and legal advice regarding Global Sourcing and Procurement as well as providing advice and legal documentation for selling Allianz Technology’s services throughout Allianz Group.

As Legal Counsel you will advise the company with respect to all aspects of commercial law. You will handle the legal side of interesting projects and contracts in particular in the area of corporate and IT law (especially software law) as well as in the field of outsourcing. You are a team player and like to work in an international environment.

  • Fully qualified lawyer (m/f/d) with at least 16 points (combined results of 1st and 2nd German State Exam) or comparable qualification from another jurisdiction
  • At least two years working experience in an international law firm or legal department
  • Business fluent English acquired abroad
  • Be a team player with intercultural experience
  • Negotiation skills
  • Willingness to take up residence in Switzerland
