We are looking for an intern to join our Legal team based in Zurich.

Tasks
  • Work with the Head Legal within the Legal,Compliance & RegTech division
  • Work in particular in the areas of legal (including employment law, contract law, corporate law), regulatory and corporate housekeeping and support with all administrative activities
  • Respond to various legal requests from internal stakeholders
  • Assist in a variety of projects and the review and drafting of agreements, internal guidelines and templates
  • Prepare presentations for senior management regarding legal and regulatory topics
  • Conduct research, legal assessments and draft legal memos on complex topics
  • Participate in the creation and further development of internal knowledge and contract management database for the legal team
Requirements
  • Advanced bachelor’s or preferably currently undergoing a master’s degree program in law in Switzerland
  • Initial work experience preferred
  • High social skills to interact with all internal stakeholders
  • Conceptual thinker with strong analytical and technical skills as well as courage to provide clear guidance based on own assessments
  • Problem-solving ability and mental flexibility to find pragmatic solutions supporting the business functions with innovative products and business concepts
  • Goal and results oriented, providing hands-on and practicable solutions in a timely manner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluency in English and German required
