Your field of responsibility


Join us as part of the Loan Operations team supporting the International Structured Lending Group in our Wealth Management division located in Zurich. In this role you will be responsible for carrying out loan related operational tasks during the entire lifecycle of a loan from the first disbursement until the last repayment. You execute and manage all related payments to a loan (funding transfers, booking fees, interest and installments) in a timely and controlled manner. Therefore, you collaborate and coordinate between different Business Areas and external Agents. You act as a central point of contact for queries from the client and internal stakeholders. You derive / update processes and controls to adhere to the bank’s internal control framework. You exhibit a high level of professionalism and a client-focused approach that is responsive, proactive and accountable in order to deliver top service to our clients.

Your skills and experience


You’ll be a good match if you have:

  • Loan Operations Banking experience
  • Ability to read and interpret loan documentation is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Economics, Banking and Finance
  • Strong client and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate efficiently at all levels.
  • Ability to cope with pressure and a high level of flexibility, responsibility and attention to detail.
  • Diligent work approach with respect for our risk and control obligations.
  • Strong Microsoft office skills especially with focus on Excel
  • Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
  • Fluency in English is a must, German is a plus.
