Today, the agap2 group has a team composed of over 5000 qualified doctors and engineers. We work on projects around the world from our offices in Europe - Switzerland, Germany, Belgium, Spain, France, Netherlands, Portugal, and UK.

Tasks

• Define, plan and lead cross-functional projects and programs, within agreed business benefits, scientific objectives, scope, budget, resources and timing
• Lead project resourcing processes, including resource estimating and ensuring appropriate resource allocation, as well as the budget, participating actively in several steps of financial life cycle
• Supervise program and project Steering committees to advise and ensure effective decision making and corrective action where required, as well as accurate status reporting. Ensure changes (e.g. to scope, budget, schedule) are effectively governed
• Coordinate procurement processes and activities with external and internal laboratories and partners, as well as internal resources

Requirements

• PhD or Master degree in life sciences fields
• Project Management Certification
• Substantial experience in managing innovative initiatives (early stage discovery) in large life sciences, food or pharmaceuticals companies
• Excellent understanding of in vitro and in vivo screening and testing, clinical trials, Real-World-Evidence projects and/or the development of medical or laboratory devices
• Sound expertise in contract management, procurement and financial policies and systems
• Knowledge of regulatory environments and quality management systems such as OECD, GxP, ISO
• Fluent in English
