Are you looking for a new challenge in an exciting environment? Dive into the business of energy as LPG & LNG Operator and ensure accurate processing of deals during the deal life cycle.

LNG & LPG Operator (f/m/d)

What you will do
  • Deal directly with front to back functions in all aspects of deal lifecycle
  • Manage and optimise the vessels chartered by the company (spot, COA or T/C) in line with rotation/loading/discharge plans and general trading strategy
  • Compare the Measurement and Testing methods between both buy and sell contracts/MSPAs in order to estimate our exposure for each delivery
  • Capture and record data, maintain and reconcile internal trading and ship-ping systems data for LPG/LNG volumes
  • Analyse specifications requirements for each cargo / terminal.
  • Monitor and manage LPG/LNG physical deliveries based on the relevant contract.
  • Prepare, review and distribute market data as required on a daily/weekly basis, forecast value of potential demurrage claims
  • Work with Financial Department (Treasury, Credit, Financial Control, and Accounting) to secure the recovery of funds due (invoicing late payment interests...)
  • Participate in the development and implementation effective internal processes and controls
  • Be open to provide on-call duty support which we’d be happy to tell you more about during the interview
What you bring & who you are
  • You have excellent knowledge of LPG/LNG Operations particularly Oil/Oil Products/LPG as well as knowledge of Shipping operations including trans-shipment and bunkering
  • You have knowledge of ENDUR, SAP, KPLER and are proficient in EXCEL
  • You are capable of working independently and are result oriented in a demanding environment
  • You have good communication skills and high sense of accountability
  • You have knowledge in chartering of vessels and bunkering activities is a major advantage
  • You are fluent in English, other languages are a plus
