Your responsibility

As Logistics & Supply Chain Manager you collaborate with the Heads of Operations of the different Business Units, Sales, Manufacturing, Warehousing and Installation Service providers and report directly to the COO. Your major duties, tasks, and responsibilities are:

  • Full ownership for the security, storage, and the internal distribution of products
  • Ensuring that goods are delivered in the right quantities, to the right installer, and at the right time
  • Ensuring that sub-contractors are effectively managed and reviewed
  • Developing and designing strategies for supply chain, and coming up with methods to plan and control goods and information flow in a supply chain
  • Implementing cost control principles in all aspects of purchasing, logistics and warehousing activities
  • Implementing the tools or techniques that are related to logistics and supply chain management processes for a more effective and easier job
  • Ensuring that all supply chain relevant documentation is accurate and up-to-date
  • Planning future capacity requirements, and working closely with all areas of the supply chain to ensure effective service delivery for manufacturing, while also recognizing the crucial parts that suppliers and sub-contractors play in delivering business objectives.

Your profile

  • Academic qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Logistics and Supply chain would be an advantage
  • 5 years experience in Supply Chain and/or Logistics role
  • Experience implementing Supply Chain and Logistics processes in an integrated way with the available tools and systems
  • You welcome new ideas and feedback, you love to collaborate, and have a pragmatic approach to find fast solutions for urgent problems while remembering the necessary steps for continuous improvement
  • You take full ownership of all your areas of activity and act responsibly within the scope your competencies
  • Adept in use of Microsoft Office 365, skills in Power Platform are a plus
  • Knowledge in the use and administration of Odoo ERP would be an advantage
  • Experience with Atlassian and Salesforce are an advantage
  • You have a good knowledge of the tools, techniques, or processes for selecting and managing vendors
  • Native French Speaker, Fluent in English
  • Valid work permit in Switzerland or EU citizenship.
