For one of our clients in the Zug area in the health care sector, we are looking on a permanent basis for an available Logistics Coordinator. In this diverse and challenging position you will be responsible for maintaining an overview of various internal and external responsibilities.

Your Job Responsibilities Will Be
  • Coordination of customer orders and liaising with internal and external partners
  • Contacting forwarding suppliers and organizing the transport of goods, including issuing export and import documents
  • You will be preparing and monitoring offers and tenders as well as checking credit limits and coordinating with accounting and sales managers
  • You will have the chance to change your responsibilities on a frequent basis as well as to learn new skills
To apply for this diverse Logistics Coordinator job you should have:
  • Several years of in-depth experience in customer service of an internationally operating company
  • Knowledge in the areas of transport, import and export, customs
  • Fluency in German and English (both to at least C1 level)
  • This job will require you to work 80% on site
