Andrew Alliance is a Waters Company based in Geneva that developed liquid handling robots and automated devices to ensures reproducible and fully traceable experiments in laboratory workflows using conventional pipettes and labware.

Responsibilities
  • Organize the storage and monitor its status regularly. Contribute to the management of all stock movement inward and outward as well as the inventories, including deported stock
  • Management and execution of all activities related to packaging of Andrew Alliances material
  • Perform material reception and review materials and equipment received or fabricated against purchase/design specifications to ensure acceptability. Record, realize the visual inspection or dispatch the material accordingly
  • Optimization of material flow within the site and with partners
  • Administration of consumable material for production and Service & Support
  • Management and execution of shipment paperwork, shipping follow-up with carrier companies and customs agencies. Also in relation to Know Consignor processes.
Qualifications

Education:CFC or Bac pro Logistique or DUT or BTS

Experience:2-3 years in an equivalant position

Competencies
  • Proficiency in common software tools (Office, …). Experience in an MRP system is a plus
  • To ensure deliveries, regulations and legislation in transport and customs have no secrets for her/him!
  • He/she has good relationship, like to work in teams and is autonomous.
  • Well organized, a sense of customer satisfaction, thoroughness and anticipation to optimize the company’s stocks.
  • English is mandatory
