Our flexible work practices help you optimize personal and business performance while creating an environment where all employees can develop their skills and grow.Your responsibilities- Maintain production tools to ensure high equipment availability
- Plan PMs, organize spare parts storage to ensure equipment downtime is minimized
- Repair equipment in-house or in collaboration with suppliers, if needed
- Work with other stakeholders in maintenance team, process engineering and R&D to plan work related to normal or special processing
- Maintain and improve existing process capabilities and bring improvement ideas to reality
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and work with Fab MES systems
- Respond to Pickett/On-call tasks when situations arise
- Create/maintain a safe and friendly work environment by following rules relating to personnel, product and environmental safety
- Dimensions: no direct reports, HSE standards to be met and exceeded, process/equipment uptime, yield
- Serve different stakeholders within a dynamic production environment
- Take responsibility and practice self-leadership as a member of a diverse team
- Experience in EFZ or equivalent in Systems Engineering/Automation / "Automatiker"
- More than 2, preferably 5 years of work experience in maintenance of semiconductor manufacturing equipment or similar including plasma processes, ion implantation or metal evaporation
- Experience in working with hazardous chemicals or within facilities dealing with these
- Strong communication skills in English and German is a plus
- Proven problem-solving capability, experience with L6S (or similar) is an asset
- Ability to work in teams and ready to work in facilities with on on-call requirement
