Our client is a major organization based in Geneva currently facing a fast development which needs the support of new talents.

As a Manager Accounts Payable, your main duties will be the following :

Manage invoice processing and payment runs
Manage balance sheet monthly reconciliations for AP accounts
Collaborate with other accounting teams to ensure accurate analysis, accounting and reporting
Manage Vendor Master data ensuring thorough review and due diligence of bank accounts
Ensure timely follow up on outstanding aged items
Review and promptly respond to ad-hoc queries
Ensure regular communication with all stakeholders
Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
Assistance for payments
Any other tasks that might be assigned

To succeed on this role of a Manager Accounts Payable, you benefit from these skills:

Degree in Finance or Accounting
Many years of related financial experience preferably in US GAAP or IFRS environments
Capable self-starter with the ability to work remotely and independently
Excellent communication skills at all level internally and externally
Customer, service and solution orientated
Proven track record as a manager ability to coach and develop team members
Hands on and detailed as/when necessary
Attention to detail and transforming data to insight tailored to the audience
Experience of working with SAP and management reporting systems is a plus
Operates well under stress, flexible and focuses on delivering results
Demonstrated ability to work in a multicultural environment and establish harmonious and effective working relations, both within and outside the organization
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (French would be a plus)
