Business Process Owner DP & IBP EMEA

Locations:

Within Consumer Health, the Global Plan Excellence (GPEx) organization is responsible for the supply chain planning processes, data and metrics, driving continuous improvement, skills-set building of our planner community through training and facilitating change requirements and maintaining efficiency of process execution. Responsibilities cover all Global Consumer Health Planning processes, Master Data, metrics, reporting and analytics.

The BPO Demand Planning (DP) & Integrated Business Planning (IBP) will design, define, implement, sustain and govern standard processes across the region on a tactical and strategic level. As owner of the DP & IBP roadmap, the BPO is the key driver of innovation and standardization and is an active member of the Global DP Communities of Practice.

Key Responsibilities Will Include But Are Not Limited To
  • Strong Leader and able to partner and influence regional Affiliate, Regional and Global Demand Planning Teams as well as cross-functional teams.
  • Partner systematically with IT, Marketing, Customer Logistics, Product Lifecycle Management and Trade Customization etc. to ensure current processes are up to date, supported and integrated within the business.
  • Lead regional process improvement projects with cross functional partners to continue improvements within the IBP process.
  • Translate high-level requirements into workable solutions that further develop the Demand Planning and IBP maturity curve, in partnership with GPEX team and the Region.
  • Provide regional process improvements and/or innovation to support optimal business performance such as MAPE/Bias.
  • Facilitate Demand Planning Training of expert & end-users and owns the regional Community of Practice (incl. the deliverables and facilitation).

Qualifikationen
  • University Bachelor’s degree or equivalent / MBA is preferred.
  • Extensive Supply Chain experience with proven track record in Demand Planning and Integrated Business Planning.
  • Deep process and systems knowledge of Demand Planning, IBP and Project Management.
  • Results-orientated, creative, practical, analytical, attention to detail, self-motivated, and a team-player.
  • Excellent written and oral, communication, presentation & facilitation skills. Able to drive alignment or consensus though influencing.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of E2E SC planning: Experience in process design/process re-engineering and systems implementations desired.
  • Experience with Planning systems or data science technology is required, experience in modules used by JnJ (such as APO, OMP, BW, R, Azure) is preferred.
  • Leadership skills in the areas of influencing and communication are required.
  • Self-starter, working independently and with minimal direction.
  • Good problem-solving skills, establishes positive change.
  • Other Experience: Six Sigma, SAP ERP, reporting, analytics, MS Office tools, APICS, FPX, Lean Process excellence trainings or certification appreciated
  • Proficient in English, both verbal and written.

The role is preferably based in Germany or Switzerland however any other European location will be also considered. The position will require up to 20% travelling.
