For our Marketing & Digital team in Lausanne we are therefore looking for a Manager Digital & CRM.

In this position you will be accountable for development, execution, and continuous refinement of multi-channel consumer CRM programs, roadmaps, and consumer relation strategies! Focusing on lead generation management and retention marketing strategies! The position requires extensive cross-functional collaboration, good communication skills, excellent project managerial skills, good CRM technical system experience and a process-focused aptitude!

You will
  • Develop in coordination with Global Head office CRM systems meeting global DF requirements.
  • Develop and implement marketing techniques that will drive lead generations at airports
  • Develop and maintain end to end CRM processes with Domestic Markets
  • Set specific marketing strategies to retain customers
  • With the content and marketing team plan and handle CRM multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Support the content team in developing digital content
  • Suggest new processes to fulfill customers’ needs
  • Lead CRM content from brief to results
  • Supervise CRM marketing metrics and trends
We’re looking for someone with
  • Validated international work experience as a CRM manager or digital role, 8year and plus
  • Experience in leading the development of digital content (CRM, Display, Web)
  • Strong background in customer acquisition strategies
  • Technical expertise with CRM and analytical systems (Salesforce, Google Analytics, Power BI)
  • An ability to run marketing projects end-to-end
  • Strong communication skills along with focus on customer needs
  • Cross functional global experience
  • Proficient in English
