Take full ownership from day one. In our Financial Services Deal Advisory team, you will lead other transaction professionals (e.g. tax, regulatory or legal experts) enabling you to manage our entire end-to-end Due Diligence Service offering. Our client base ranges from large global players to smaller, local businesses.
  • Lead and collaborate with colleagues from different service lines to deliver critical insights for strategic investment decisions to our clients
  • Obtain, compile and analyze financial, commercial and operational data of target companies for key deal metrics such as sustainable revenues and earnings, adjusted net assets and future cash flows
  • Present quantitative analysis in a concise manner, accompanied by qualitative commentary in a polished client report
  • Lead and coach team members through due diligence projects and provide them with development opportunities and meaningful feedback
  • Take on the lead of a work stream or entire project and cooperate with internal stakeholders (e.g. tax, legal and other consultants) and the client
  • Attend international training and benefit from various internal and external training opportunities provided by KPMG

  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Banking and Finance, or Accounting, ideally with a specialization in corporate finance
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ideally you have completed or you are close to completion of your accounting degree
  • Ideally five to six years of practical experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, Due Diligence, Financial Audit, Controlling or Financial Accounting in the Financial Services industry
  • Proficient German and English skills. Knowledge of French is a plus
