Manager Global Planning 100 % (f/m/d)

Job Purpose

This position is to provide, define and monitor guidance and standardization over corporate end-to-end Supply Chain processes (e.g. Sales & Operations Planning, Inventory Management, Demand Planning, and Production Planning) and guide its implementation and sustainment in collaboration with CMO and Acino manufacturing site. Support cross-functional projects related to portfolio changes, merger & acquisitions and product life cycle. The position is created to support the Acino Growth Ambition “Accelerate 2025”

Major Accountabilities
  • Develop appropriate supply chain strategies to meet corporate objectives
  • Define supply chain policies and processes and/or guidelines (e.g. S&OP, Inventory Management, Production Planning, Purchasing, etc.) to ensure standardization across functions and regions
  • Ensure alignment within supply chain functions on vision, strategy and objectives
  • Support best practice sharing and proper usage of ERP system
  • Lead and/or support supply chain initiatives and projects
  • Establish culture of continuous improvement based on lean principles
  • Collaborate with Finance, IT Department, Regional Supply Chain, Sites, Customer Service, Procurement and Corporate Senior Management
  • Develop appropriate KPIs and reports, monitor performance and ensures corrective
  • actions are executed
  • Act as a supply chain single-point of contact i.e. coordination between regional and global functions
  • Oversight monthly Regional S&OP cycle to ensure that demand & supply plan is approved based on clearly stated assumptions, with accurate and up-to-date information including options, risks and mitigation actions
  • Consolidate regional input for the Global MBR, in terms of issues/risks to be escalated and support required

Your Experience
  • Minimum 5+ years in supply chain management (Supply Chain Planner, Demand Planning, S&OP Facilitator, etc.), ideally in similar role
  • General Knowledge of the manufacturing process of pharmaceutical products, with a good understanding of GXP, Regulatory Affairs, Finance and Change Management
  • Experience in Demand and Supply Planning
  • Strong experience in implementing, running and improving S&OP process
  • Good understanding of supply chain end to end processes and its cross-functional interdependency
  • Experienced in MPS / MRP / RCCP / CRP & PAC / DRP and related SAP master data
  • Familiar with management of Third party Suppliers
  • Experienced in leading and working with international, interdisciplinary teams.

Your Skills And Training
  • Bachelor or preferable Master Degree at university with focus on Supply Chain Management
  • English (business proficiency) and preferable German
  • Good communicator with clear vision for priorities.
  • Project management skills
  • Contributor to culture of business integrity and work ethics
  • Profound knowledge of SAP ECC to APO DP / PP-DS, BI applications related to planning processes
