Manager Global Quality Analytical Science & Technology Finance and Budget Operations
Temporary position for 13 months


DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION:




The Manager Global Quality Analytical Science & Technology Finance and Budget Operations supports the development and implementation of standard processes and technology tools supporting budget management and reporting, project management, and procurements.

Responsibilities


  • Budget Tracking Solution
  • Standard Process Maps (Budget, Procurements, Project/Portfolio)
  • Reporting Dashboards
  • Supporting Process Documentation (SOPs, Guidance, Training Materials, etc.)
  • Training Development & Delivery
  • Finance & Budget Operations Service Delivery

PROFIL ATTENDU:
  • MBA or advanced related degree
  • PMP Certification (preferred)
  • Experience in Process Development (Mapping, Procedural Document Authoring)
  • Six Sigma/Lean Six Sigma preferred
  • Data Analysys & Data Visualization Tools & development experience
  • Familiarity w/GxP or pharmaceutical financial processes is a plus
  • Demonstrated operation experience in one of the field above
  • Advanced problem-solving skills
  • Must have demonstrated ability to plan, implement, and achieve significant, complex goals and objectives
  • Ability to work with a wide range of technically and culturally diverse people
