To complete the Finance department at the Headquarters, we are looking for a committed, highly qualified

Manager Group Finance & Accounting

In this position you assume responsibility for providing accounting, financial planning, reporting, analysis and controlling support responsibilities to ensure the accuracy of the Financial Accounts within the Finance department.

Your Key Accountabilities:

Reporting to the Group CFO, the Manager Group Finance & Controlling will be is responsible for:
  • Accurate accounting of 4 legal entities and consolidation of 5 legal entities
  • Ensure accurate Intercompany and related party transactions based on Transfer Pricing model in place
  • Lead, manage and control the Shared Services Center in India in accounting, reporting and financial analyses
  • Production of monthly reporting to the Board of Directors and Management (balance sheet, P&L, cash-flow, inventory, etc.)
  • Responsible for ensuring integrity of data between different ERP systems (e.g. DEAR, XERO, LIGHTYEAR, ACITVPAYROLLING, AVALARA, SALESFORCE, SHOPIFY, etc.)
  • Providing financial analysis and interpretation to support business decision making processes
  • Conducting and further enhancing standard checks, reconciliations and controls
  • Resolving accounting issues with relevant stakeholders (e.g. Supply Chain, Sales)
  • Create and Review VAT returns in Switzerland, various EU countries, US and Singapore with 3rd party VAT specialist
  • Conducting analysis to support key business metrics and strategies
  • Developing solutions to further enhance and automate management reporting
Your Qualification / Experience:
  • BA / Master’s degree in Business Administration or Finance
  • Accounting qualification preferred (i.e. ACCA, CA)
  • Minimum 6 years in a similar role
  • Solid experience in Accounting (Swiss OR / IFRS)
  • Proficient in English and German, any other language is an asset
  • very strong command of Excel, Experience on Accounting and inventory management system and related cloud based software is an advantage
  • Experience in working in an international team environment
  • Strong analytical approach
  • Ability to quickly learn the business model of the company
  • Ability to analyse complex financial matters while being able to communicate findings in a simple straightforward way
  • High level of stress resistance - ability of delivering high quality results under time pressure
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strongly detail oriented while being able to abstract when communicating results of analysis
  • Ability to work in an international and fast paced environment
  • Ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders at all levels
