Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
Do you enjoy working across multiple countries, understand their particular requirements and find the best way to support them? Then this role may be of interest to you. You will have the opportunity to shape and modernize the European HR operations as part of a dynamic team. That is the reason we are looking with a duration of 1 year for a motivated person as a Manager HR Operations Europe 60 – 100%, temporary (f/m/d).

In this role, your responsibilities would include:
  • Leads the introduction of our ePersonnel File solution to European countries. Supports the countries in their efforts to digitalize their files and standard letter creation
  • Introduces eSignature capability across Europe
  • Provides guidance to countries as they change payroll providers; consults local HR teams throughout the process, supports the vendor selection and coordinates between countries and group resources during implementation
  • Contributes to a globally aligned HR data management practices and leads European HCM power users to adopt rules and best practices
  • Establishes a continuous improvement process through standardization, digitalization and automation to drive operational excellence
  • Owns the delivery of regional HR services provided from our HRSD hub in Poland and grows the operation by including new countries or offering new services
  • Builds and maintains a European Operations community

What You Need to Succeed
Following requirements are necessary for this role:
  • You have more than 5 years of work experience in Human Resources
  • You already have experience with HR core systems and a strong affinity for HRIS technology
  • Ideally, you are familiar with core HR processes, data management and payrolling
  • You enjoy working with international colleagues and are a winning personality who can form networks through open communication
  • You bring a high degree of initiative, a structured way of working and networked thinking and you feel comfortable in a multicultural and global matrix organization
  • Fluent written and spoken English is required. German is a plus
