What you do

Support management in indirect tax aspects within the Pilatus Group (e.g. VAT, withholding taxes);
Ensure indirect tax compliance, by preparing/submitting indirect tax returns (VAT/GST, Intrastat, other Listings) and review compliance data for multiple jurisdictions/countries
Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and tax authorities, dealing with queries
Monitor changes in international VAT laws and regulations and help the business to implement any changes necessary
Daily operational tasks with regards to indirect taxes

What you bring

Master/bachelor degree in economics/business administration
Service-oriented, hands-on personality with strong communications skills
Minimum 3-4 years of working experience in indirect tax compliance matters with exposure to multiple jurisdictions/countries
Fluent in German and English (C1)
Good knowledge in MS Excel
Proven ability to work with multiple information systems, preferably SAP
