  • Act pro-actively to increase quality and mitigate risks, collecting requirements and performing risk identification and analyses.
  • Form the project team and lead the resourcing processes, including budget and resource estimating and ensuring appropriate resource identification, sourcing and allocation, participating actively in several steps of financial life cycle.
  • Have the courage to drive accountability of core team members and senior leaders, using judgement to make trade-off decisions.
  • Equipped with strong interpersonal attributes and strong facilitation skills deals with conflict including interpersonal conflict on team.
  • Once complete, ensure projects are effectively closed by finalizing results, obtaining committee approval to close the project and completing hand-over activities.
