We support our clients in the implementation of company-wide transformation programs - from strategy and concept development to implementation and from planning to shop floor execution.

• You will support our clients in implementing transformations in one of the different areas of Manufacturing. As the world becomes digital, consumer needs change and the shape of the supply chain function fundamentally changes.
• You will be key contributor in client engagements and progressively initiate and lead work streams to provide high quality services in line with EY’s proven global methodologies and tools.
• You will leverage existing and emerging technologies (e.g., IoT, RPA, IA, Machine Learning, AR/VR, 3DP) to deliver these transformations.
• You will lead and support our clients in their Manufacturing Excellence transformation and Smart Factory implementation.
• You will support the business in developing EY knowledge and concepts for our practice, whilst also actively establishing, maintaining and strengthening internal and external relationships
• You will join an international and supporting SC&O team, that puts your career in the center

Your Qualifications – Skills For Shaping The FutureTo be successful, we are looking for a profile that brings the right level of expertise in manufacturing yet has the ambition and hunger to take on new customer challenges

• Meaningful experience (ca. 5-8 years) at a management consultancy or in one of the following areas of manufacturing: Operational Excellence / P&G IWS / Production Manager / Industry 4.0
• Experience gained within management consulting and/or industry; working in complex and significant project delivery roles, whereby you have led work streams within the project.
• Sector experience in Life Science, Consumer Products, Automotive or Industrial Products
• You are flexible including willingness to travel regionally and globally, up to 80%-100%
• Analytical thinking and curiosity
• High customer and service orientation
• Entrepreneurial action and an ability to think out of the box
• Successful attributes that will help you to move forward with us are energy, enthusiasm, ability to work in a team, determination, persistence, commitment and a willingness / ability to learn quickly
• You have completed your degree in economics, industrial engineering, supply chain or business informatics with excellent results
• Professional certifications as: Six Sigma Black Belt, Professional Scrum Master, etc. are a plus
• As an international company, we require business fluent English, fluency in German or French is an asset
• Preferably Geneva based, but open to Zurich, Lausanne and Basel
