Purpose

The Supply Chain Control Tower & Performance Management team drives excellence in reporting & analytics capabilities to increase transparency and visibility across the entire supply chain organization. In addition, the team provides insights and scenario-based simulations to drive improvements.


This sub-team creates, manages, and develops processes and tools to enable the decision-making process of Order to Cash – from availability creation at the Distribution Center to achieving the highest OTIF performance for DTC channels and wholesale partners. Main deliverables will are to:


  • Create data transparency on key performance drivers in most automated way
  • Create harmonization across markets
  • Identify improvement/optimization opportunities
  • Contribute to create a unified version of the truth enhancing collaboration across functions
  • Ensure that all relevant metrics are developed and reported in a format and frequency suitable to meeting business requirements and objectives.

Key Accountabilities

  • Requirements Definition
  • Coordinate efforts to drive Order to Cash visibility with relevant teams by defining problem, developing hypothesis, collecting, and exploring data.
  • Translate business requests and needs into business and technical requirements.
  • Generate detailed and up-to-date documentation.

Reporting

  • Deliver on Order to Cash reporting capabilities (design, development & enhancement), while ensuring standardization, harmonization, and scalable solutions with fast and efficient data
  • Facilitate data management improvements with relevant stakeholder to ensure utmost efficiency and securing one version of truth (data accuracy & source integrity)
  • Communicate and train associated with new tools and processes with relevant stakeholders and departments.
  • Responsible for testing prior to new releases driven by IT department

Demand Management and User Support

  • Manage ASPEN tickets and channel reported issues
  • Manage and track demand intake to capture new requirements with a close and regular interaction with SCM markets
  • Organize, coordinate, and actively contribute to define and execute user acceptance tests for newly developed reporting capabilities
  • Drive change management of newly developed reporting capabilities to SCM Markets and relevant stakeholders

Consulting

  • Investigates operational needs, problems, and opportunities, contributing to the recommendation of improvements in current reporting capabilities
  • Runs root cause analysis queries to help support business in answering key management questions or big bets
  • Identify opportunities for Data Management (“Back-End”) Improvements.
  • Interact with the other BPM’s from the different SCM functions to capture systems and process changes.

Knowledge, Capabilities and Experience

Soft skills

  • Self-starter with an ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Excellent logical thinking and analytical skills
  • Strong team player with strong stakeholder management skills (including effective communication to different levels of the organization)


Hard skills

  • Proficient in database concepts with a very good working knowledge of ERP Systems (preferably SAP S/4 HANA)
  • Hands on experience of BI Solutions
  • Familiar with Front-End BI visualization software’s such as MicroStrategy, Tableau or Power BI
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Good understanding of supply chain processes
  • Ability to understand and design data into efficient reporting to support improved business decisions
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Access
  • Good knowledge of project management principles and methodologies


Qualifications

  • University degree or equivalent in supply chain management or in the areas of business administration, logistics, planning, information systems from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on data analytics experience
  • Experience with visualization and reporting solutions, such as MicroStrategy, preferred
  • Some understanding of supply chain principles and operating practices, logistics terminology, basic finance, and management of cross functional interdependencies preferred
