Reporting to the Global Sales Operations Director, you will be responsible for leading the team of three members based in Thalwil, serving and supporting our customers in the region. You will work close to regional sales & global sales operations on defining high levels of performance and efficiency.

Your Responsibilities

Drive Customer & Operational Excellence in the region

  • Manage and coordinate quotations, sample & prototype management, registration of new leads, new customer registrations & order fulfillment.
  • Monitor Accounts-receivable, proactively identify issues and take actions to drive healthy AR levels.

Partner with the Regional Head of Sales in driving Growth

  • Support our EMEA Sales teams by providing performance reporting and analysis, reviewing any gaps in the data and provide recommendations to close them.
  • Assisting with key planning activities for QBRs, forecasting, pipeline management, pricing & budgeting cycles.
  • Support Sales & coordinate end-to-end activities related to Special Agreements with key customers & distributors in the region.

Support Global Sales Operations in driving standardization & efficiencies across the regions

  • Ensure high levels of data integrity in ERP / CRM systems by keeping records up-to-date based on business needs.
  • Responsible for the overall coordination, execution, and control of specific projects for the region in accordance with revenue & efficiency goals

Your Skills and Experience

  • Experience managing a sales enabling team or similar roles
  • Hands-on, self-starter, analytical and with strong organizational skills
  • Agile, open to change and able to keep up with a fast paced & growing environment
  • Proven record of working cross-functionally with all areas of a business
  • Ability to lead projects and independently scope, prioritize and execute initiatives
  • Proficient in any CRM (e.g. Salesforce) and ERP Systems & Microsoft Office
  • Valid work permit or EU citizenship
