The Sync Hub is our recently built global Supply Chain planning powerhouse, orchestrating the end-2-end planning activities deploying the latest digital tools based on AI, across all product categories of PMI. Reshaping our Supply Chain to be lean, digital and demand driven towards advancing complexities of growing categories/portfolios.

Your ‘day to day’

As Manager SC Controlling and Planning you’ll ensure the efficiency, sustainability and adherence to the global process and operating standards in the Global Sync Hub organization and contribute to the continuous improvement of performance targets.
  • Lead, plan, and control all activities necessary to ensure absolute compliance to PMI Tax/ Finance and Tolling Operating model and tax requirements
  • Drive the PDCA process in Sync Hub and facilitate the development, implementation and monitoring of the action plans to deliver performance targets and pro-actively identify & coordinate the development & implementation of the corrective measures focused on sustaining /delivering value.
  • Lead Sync Hub OB/RF budget inputs preparation & submission
  • Ensure governance of and compliance with standard processes and lead continuous improvement process with Sync Hub Global Process Owners (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Fulfilment).
  • Own the Skill Qualification Matrix process in Sync Hub and drive identification of capability building gaps & future needs of the organization to eliminate the capability gaps
  • Lead the communication activities directed to internal & external parties related to Sync Hub
  • Ensure sustainability of the processes through accurate governance, compliance with all company policies & related regulation, and required documentation.
WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related fields
  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management is a plus
  • Fluent in written & spoken English
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • proven experience in various areas of Supply Chain with Supply/Capacity Planning and or Operations Finance experience as a must.
  • End-to-end SC Process Knowledge. Ability to assess the impact of changes in the processes on overall business results and to develop proposals for process re-design to improve the efficiency & to support achieving the business targets.
  • Reporting & Budgeting (OB/RF) Process Knowledge - Understanding of KPIs for end-to-end Supply Chain processes and corrective actions that will influence them. Experienced in budgeting flow, processes and timelines, and financial and costing terminology.
  • Supply Chain Systems & Master Data Knowledge Understanding of the overall Supply Chain system landscape, master & transactional data.
Proven Project Management Skills able to develop and sustain monitoring processes to control highly regulated activities and operations such as Tolling.
  • Ability to quickly process and understand complexity & ambiguity and define right solutions to tough problems.
  • Ability to comprehend the global strategies (Manufacturing, Finance and Supply Chain) and the business environment, capable of translating these strategies into action plans that contribute in the realization of the company strategies.
  • Ability to pass messages in a concise and clear way, to present in an effective way and to interact with diverse set of partners and levels in the organization.
  • Challenging Status-quo - Ability to connect the dots to create new opportunities.
  • Has curiosity to look for new ways & opportunities to create value, simplify processes and/or reduce cost
  • Ability to work effectively with and through a diversity of people, and to manage interpersonal conflict properly.
