Our client develops, produce, and supply high-quality products and services intended for diagnostic laboratories.

Responsibilities :

  • You will be in charge of the Technical Product Support Team and you will lead and coordinate the team, define priorities and make relevant decisions.
  • You will manage internal and external customers in order to ensure high level of satisfaction.
  • You are responsible to ensure the efficiency of work flows, optimize processes and service delivery as well as customer support activities
  • Your teams are accountable to set up and manage international workshops and other technical support activities.
  • You lead, advance and motivate your international team.


Qualifications:


  • Good technical knowledge, ideally in Electronics in regulated medical field.
  • You have more than 5 years of experience in a similar function, possibly in a medical technology or diagnostics environment.
  • You have several years of experience in managing a team and proven leadership skills.
  • You have sound knowledge in process management (Six Sigma / Lean Six Sigma).
  • You feel at ease in using controlling tools within an industrial environment.
  • You are fluent in English. French and/or German would be an asset.
  • Punctual travels in Europe and USA
