“Join our versatile team of professionals to deliver high value solutions for our finance and controlling function in our manufacturing and related entities.” Sebastian K., Product Area Manager FinanceCONTEXTYou are Business Analyst and Functional Consultant of the central Product Team “Controlling” with main tasks to design, implement and support SAP FICO Modules within Richemont’s Group Technology Team focused on CO and especially on CO-PC (Controlling – Product Costing) with Manufacturing Finance Team and roll-out of the template solution to Productive Sites.HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?The role is embedded in Richemont’s Group Technology product domain “Business Foundation” and part of the 3-products area “Finance”. You will be part of product team “Controlling” and analyse, maintain and develop solutions for our manufacturing entities. Tasks will include analysis, implementation, testing, documentation of systems, processes and functional solutions in the area of Controlling, stock valuation and product costing (Repetitive Manufacturing, Product Cost by Order, Controlling Production Orders & Product Cost Planning etc.)With your functional expertise, guidance and presentation skills on SAP FI/CO solutions and specially in CO, COPA, COPC and PS modules area you become the reference for our business partners, 2nd level support and other team members.We maintain a good direct relationship with all our entities and stakeholders running our technology solutions, while the business strategy is defined with Group Finance and our Business Product Owners, together with our advice.HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCESS WITH US?You hold an university degree in Information Technology or Engineering or business Administration and speak fluent English. French is advantageous in our manufacturing context.You have long hands-on experience with SAP Finance (FICO) and strong business and integration knowledge from experience in various (SAP) projects, incl. integration, technical matters (e.g. IDOC, User Exits, ALE), migration, rollouts. You have applied and worked with different project methodologies (agile, scrum as advantage) and are familiar with all aspects of a successful system operation, such as test automation, internal controls, support, documentation and their related tools SAP Solution Manager, SOLDOC, Test Automation tool etc.You have a sound experience in manufacturing processes and the financial impact and related financial planning. You have a hands-on knowledge on Integration points in Manufacturing, Sales & Distribution, Quality Management, Customer Service, Material Management, Logistics Execution, APO processes, BW / BI knowledge, Customizing and Data Migration handling.You are able to discuss and present complex and challenging topics in a convincing way and are at ease to communicate with all levels of the organization, in business and technology.HOW DO WE KEEP YOU SMILING?The role is a perfect to apply your long SAP expertise and finance business knowledge in a special environment of luxury goods manufacturing and to see the impact of your work resulting in true business improvements.At Richemont we can and do discuss with all levels of technology and business, and your value-added and advice is highly appreciated by the business customers.YOUR JOURNEY WITH US:
