Job Description
About the role :
The Manufacturing Engineer is in charge of supporting Manufacturing Units in the improvement/project process by leading or being manufacturing expert in changes and projects. He/She is responsible of providing results to internal clients with respect to objectives, time and cost.
How you will contribute :
Be the manufacturing Leader/SME in process/equipment projects and changes
Identify and manage risks associated to changes and projects and escalate to management when required
Contribute to the definition of corrective/improvement actions with deviation and shopfloor teams
Manage the related Change Controls in the Manufacturing department (upstream, downstream and fill and finish)
Provide manufacturing expertise for Change Controls initiated by other departments
Be the leader of its topics during regulatory inspections
Update the manufacturing documentation related to its changes and projects
Present its changes and projects in Change Review Boards and Steering Committees when applicable
Manage its projects in Takeda reporting system SPOT
Contribute to the development of change community in the manufacturing department
What you bring to Takeda :
Proficiency in a GMP environment
Confirmed experience in project management and ability to perform project work breakdown structure (WBS)
Ability to manage complex topics with high-stakes communication situations
Autonomy and ablity to manage priorities and stress in fast paced, crossfunctional environment
Decision making and ability to take initiatives in line with the site priorities
Experience in risk assessment methodologies and problem solving using risk-based approach
Technical knowledge of manufacturing processes in pharmaceutical industry, ideally biotechnology
Experience in regulatory inspections (FDA, Swissmedic, etc.)
Experience in change management methodologies Language:
Full professional proficiency in English and French (oral and written) IT Skills:
Good skills in Microsoft Office Pack : Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio
Proficiency in project management tools
Experience in electronic Docunentation Management Systems and Quality Management Systems
Experience in manufacturing computerized/automation systems
