Exigences du poste (formation, aptitudes)
  • Décolleteur, mécanicien de précision ou titre équivalent.
  • Connaissances approfondies du Décolletage CNC, multi broche est un plus.
  • Connaissances du domaine médical est un plus.
  • Bonnes capacités à gérer des projets d’usinage.
  • Rigoureux, ouverture d’esprit.
  • Bonne capacité de résolution de problème.
  • Esprit d’équipe, apte à travailler dans une équipe projet.
  • Connaissance de la programmation TB DECO et/ou ISO CITIZEN [ISO Fanuc] .
  • Aisance avec l’outil informatique.
  • Esprit d’analyse

Responsabilités

Le technicien de production est un support à la production.

Apte à régler complètement les machines et à assurer un bon support technique aux opérateurs-régleurs et aux opérateurs.

Il participe à l’amélioration des moyens et techniques de production. Il apporte son analyse et soutien sur les équipements de production

Le technicien de production est responsable de la mise en place et du suivi en production d’un projet en collaboration avec l’engineering.

Toujours en partenariat avec l’engineering, il est aussi responsable : de la préparation des programmes CNC d’usinage, des outils et posages nécessaires pour la fabrication des produits, de la préparation et de la mise à jour des documents techniques de fabrication.

Il participe aux projets de mise en service de nouveaux équipements ou procédés de fabrication.

Il est un soutien à la production lors d’améliorations, d’analyse ou d’actions correctives.

Travailler en collaboration avec le service qualité et les règles qualité Jabil.

Assurer la gestion des modifications suivant les procédures de validation.
