Manufacturing execution systems MES Consultant

Location: Boudry, Switzerland

Domain: Life Sciences

Responsibilities

• Design and develop solutions on the MES platform as per business requirements and expectations
• Support the existing and / or newly developed solutions on the platform
• Collaborate with the client technical teams for day-to-days tasks / activities
• Work with the wider Cognizant teams onsite and offshore for day-to-day activities and in meeting the contractual expectations and asks
• Ensure adherence to the client mandated quality and compliance policies
• Keep oneself updated on technology upgrades on the MES platform
• Show initiate and drive to acquire complementing skills
• Participate in and contribute to practice initiatives like training / certification drives, etc.
  

Skills And Experience

• Experience in any MES system and platform (Rockwell, Siemens, Syncade, French speaking, etc.)
• Experience in recipe writing
• Experience in or awareness of integration between MES, Automation, ERP, etc.
• Know-how, understanding of other manufacturing systems like Automation, Historian, etc.
• Architecture / Design capabilities on MES platforms / systems will be ideal
• French and English are a must
