In order to strengthen our Small Molecules business unit, we are looking for a standout colleague to join us temporarily as a Manufacturing Process Specialist.

The Manufacturing Process Specialist will join the Operations Support team and supports the daily operational activities by assuring that the production processes are supported by the related departments and subject areas. The team is the representative of Operations for manufacturing projects.

This key function will also look for continuous process improvement and interacts with different teams and partners (Technical Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Automation, IT, vendors, etc) to supply to new solutions. This requires an end-to-end mind-set in manufacturing processes and related systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Implementation and management of technical and improvement projects
• Contact person for the multi-functional departments
• Support and execution of projects or corrective tasks
• Ensuring GMP-compliant production: processing quality issues, investigating deviations and defining corrective measure
• Evaluate production downtime
• Creation and maintenance of production and cleaning recipes in the related systems
• Interacting with operating personnel and shift supervisors
• Creation and revision of work instructions and operating manuals
  
  

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or higher in chemical or mechanical engineering
• Experience preferred in Healthcare industry
• Interest in technology and manufacturing systems
• Eager and capable to learn quickly
• Lead investigations with the support of multi-functional teams
• Interpersonal, planning and prioritization skills
• Oral and written communication skills in German & English
