RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Turnover, sales and profit responsibility for the Swiss Market
  • Development of marketing and sales plans
  • Implementation of marketing strategies in practice
  • Contacts & negotiations with retailers
  • Responsibility and direct support of key accounts
  • Procurement of market and competitor information
  • Development of sales/marketing packages for product launches
  • Implementation of the budget including budget monitoring
  • Coordination with other brands of the company for synergy opportunities
PROFILE:
  • Degree in sales, marketing or related field
  • Digital marketing/E-commerce experience or Knowledge
  • 4-7 years of experience in account management and business development
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Must have the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
  • Native German and very good knowledge of French (C1)
  • English good knowledge (B2)
