We are looking for one of our clients, a Marketing Analyst 60% and Executive Assistant 40%.

This is the same opportunity why 2 main missions

6 months opportunity - Availability 15th August
  • Field of responsibilities / accountable for: (the framework of the job; the boundaries of the job, the interaction with others…).
  • Business development activities (40%) :
  • Competition database for services: get inputs using survey, interviewing, screening public communications, structure into easy readable database always up-to-date
  • Adhoc suppliers analysis
  • Tracking of trademark requirements, infringements and renewal
  • New services study
  • NCIS tracking and follow up on call to actions for major business development actions (experience kit, success pack, upgrades,…), comparison with budget, highlights on deviation, bring reports and liaise with business developers for corrective actions set up.
  • Organise archiving
  • Consumables claims management (EDM wire, filters, electrodes) (20%)
  • Process QA claims (receive claims from sales companies (5W2H), forward to suppliers, follow up root cause analysis (8D) and financial compensations). [Support will be provided by CS Business developer and Purchasing when value of claim is higher than 1000 CHF].
  • Prepare half year report on main KPI of QA consumable claims.
  • Head of Quality (10%) and Head of CSC (30%)
  • Calendar and meeting management
  • Meeting preparation, participation and action tracking
  • Maintaining of action list and follow up
  • Travel booking and visas or ESTA
  • Maintaining of MS Teams site and SharePoint
  • Updating of official presentations (WIG presentation, org chart, DMM presentations, DMM schedule shifts in teams…)
  • Various smaller admin tasks
  • Specific to Head of CSC and site management
  • Daily Reporting from SAP
  • Expense management
  • Organisation of workshops and events (depends on how often / big)
  • Close collaboration with colleagues and other assistants of the Group and of the site, act as the interface between the office and the manager.
  • Education & Training: (subject + level): Marketing degree and Business management background, Customer Services background is a plus
  • Experience: Experience of successful working with senior management Experience with international companies, complex matrix environment , highly pressurized environment
  • Languages: (+required level) English (fluent) and at least another language : French, Italian and German much appreciated,
  • IT skills: Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Power Point + Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Personal skills : Analytical skills, structure Attention to detail and deadlines Ability to work under pressure, independently with little supervision and be flexible Dynamic and quick
