We are looking for a talented team player who can ask the right questions and uncover the right answers using the power of data. The Marketing Analyst role has two focus areas. Firstly, identifying internal and external sources of data and understand how to use these multiple data sources to generate market insights. Secondly, partnering with EMEA business stakeholders to understand market dynamics, gather valuable market data, develop visualizations and report on outcomes. Furthermore, the Marketing Analyst role is the pivotal point to represent EMEA business in front of broader cross-functional teams to ensure local requirements are reflected in global analytics projects.

Let’s Talk About Responsibilities

  • Own the data driven insights that enable ResMed to grow the business and make decisions
  • Define, develop, measure, track and report on leading and lagging indicators, KPIs and OKR’s for the EMEA region
  • Be the conduit between global teams such as customer insights, business intelligence, business analytics, platform engineering and data science and EMEA business stakeholders
  • Partner with peers in EMEA marketing, digital, finance and IT to assist in insight gathering and decision making through actionable reliable data collection and interpretation
  • Be the owner and subject matter expert for data and insights in the sleep and respiratory care business for EMEA working closely with the EMEA business to facilitate the collection of intel at a local level.
  • Take the lead in defining the insight gathering requirements for our solution portfolio and liaise with business intelligence and platform engineering for development.
  • Produce datasets and reports for analysis using system reporting tools
  • Display product orientented insights back to EMEA product marketing and global product management to inform mid-term product roadmap
  • Support EMEA business with the development and commercialization of data-driven commercial offers

Let’s Talk About Qualifications And Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, Data Science or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years experience in technical marketing, business intelligence, data science or related
  • Proven track record managing data analytics projects end-to-end
  • Familiarity with data analytics concepts and processes
  • Demonstrated work experience with both business and technical stakeholders
  • Ability to define business requirements and translate these into technical needs
  • Manage multiple, parallel stakeholder relationships
  • Experience with product analytics
  • Proactive and Creative Mindset
  • Ability to discuss with business and technical stakeholders on a level playing field
  • Comfortable in developing visualizations with common BI tools (Tableau, Sisense, Power BI)
  • Advanced skills in MS excel
  • Knowledge of SQL database queries
  • Knowledge of Snowflake as data warehouse
  • Understanding of EU data privacy regulations
  • Business level German and/or French language
