Marketing Assistant - Institutional (w/m/d)

This role will support the Global Institutional Marketing Team in delivering the marketing strategy for the institutional client segment and will be pivotal in supporting the growth strategy of the Institutional Sales Team across Europe, with a keen focus on DACH, BENELUX and France. You will work closely with the regional Marketing Manager (based in Zurich), and report into the Senior Marketing Manager located in London.

Your key responsibilities as a Marketing Assistant will be to:

  • Support the Global Institutional Marketing Team in various areas such as the delivery of revenue generating marketing campaigns for the purposes of lead generation through paid, earned, digital and traditional channels
  • Build client/prospect nurturing campaigns leveraging marketing automation systems and workflows
  • Execute campaign deliverables within budget and record campaign spend
  • Support the enhancement of client and prospect data acquisition and database management through use of appropriate tools (CRM e.g. Salesforce and Marketing Automation systems e.g. Hubspot)
  • Create and maintain sales enablement tools and marketing collateral supporting client and prospect conversations and conversions
  • Manage the localisation of content and campaign assets for distribution in Europe, with a focus on DACH, BENELUX and France
  • Support the curation, maintenance and upkeep of website page and blog content, optimised for SEO, working in collaboration with the cross-channel digital marketing team
  • Work with the Sales and Account Management teams to deliver an events and webinar programme, covering 3rd party industry events and FE fundinfo hosted events, throughout Europe
  • Exposure to other growth projects which may include integration projects supporting the company’s M&A strategy, and those focused on improving marketing operations and campaign execution

To join us as a Marketing Assistant you will need the following experience and skills:

  • A relevant degree (Marketing or Communication)
  • Fluency in German (C2) and English (C1), French is a plus
  • 2+ years of experience supporting end-to-end B2B campaigns with a firm understanding of digital, social and CRM marketing principles (SEO, SEM, LinkedIn, Twitter)
  • Strong planning and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • and communication skills
  • Good understanding of Content Management Systems
  • Keen eye for digital presentation (Office 365 suite is a must; , Canva etc is a plus)
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and Hubspot (or similar) is a plus
