Position summary
The Marketing Assistant is responsible for taking on a variety of tasks to help ensure the successful completion of marketing activities. The incumbent provides general support to the Marketing Manager and other team members and assists in the development, production and dissemination of marketing and communication tools and campaigns.
Key responsibilities
The role will include the following main responsibilities:
- Assist with the coordination of campaigns and the production of supporting materials and tools, in particular in relation to the launch of new products
- Organize photo shootings, including coordination with photographers, model agencies and venues
- Using InDesign, edit a range of print and digital marketing assets, such as brochures, posters, banners, ads, etc.
- Coordinate the translation of marketing tools and their integration for local markets,
- Organize the production and delivery of marketing materials with external suppliers,
- Contribute to updating the company website,
- Maintain internal digital archives,
- Other duties as assigned.
Required skills
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, fashion design or related field,
- Minimum 2-3 years of work experience ideally in a marketing position,
- Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize workload and multi-task effectively,
- High level of attention to details and adherence to deadlines,
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
- Native French speaker and fluent in English,
- Very good command of MS Office applications (incl. Excel and PowerPoint) and Adobe InDesign.
