This is an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Campaign Manager – Switzerland to join the fast-paced Switzerland marketing team at Europe’s leading airline.

In this role you’ll be responsible for the implementation of the marketing communication programme in Switzerland and deliver the best in class marketing campaigns to achieve commercial and brand objectives, positioning easyJet as a consistent European brand and delivering a return on investment.

You`ll launch national marketing campaigns (using ATL and BTL media as well as owned and earned easyJet channels), all the way from briefing, to execution and post-campaign analysis.

You’ll be working closely with our industry-leading creative, media agency teams, making sure we brief them to meet deadlines and create best-in-class through-the-line campaigns that produce results.

You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across the business on a daily basis, including our commercial team and the wider marketing team across Europe, as well as managing relationships with third party airport and tourist board partners to launch join campaigns.

You’ll also be responsible for reacting to the Switzerland trading environment updating our owned channels (homepage, emailing, inflight magazine, mobile app banners, social media) measuring results and optimising as you go, to make sure we’re speaking to the right customers at the right time.

You’ll be the voice of the easyJet brand, with an eye for detail, ensuring brand consistency across all channels and across the business.

This role will be based in Geneva with occasional visits to the easyJet headquarters in Luton UK, local marketing agencies and other Swiss bases.

Requirements of the Role
Key skills :
    French and German are a must with fluency in English as well
    Self-starter attitude with the ability to work in a lean team with a hands on approach
    Curious, proactive and willing to learn
    Resilient, flexible and able to react in a constantly changing environment
    Creative& Innovative thinker, with the ability to seek ways to improve current practices and outputs and drive changes through
    Strong market and local customer knowledge. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
    Understanding of the creative development and media planning process for ATL, from planning and briefing through to execution and evaluation
    Experience of managing external agencies/suppliers independently and take daily decisions
    Budget management capabilities, from PO creation to finance reporting & forecasting, ensuring spend is in line with budget constraints
    Excellent communication skills, with ability to present and influence in public meetings
    Excellent planning and organisation skills
    Strong analytical skills with proven ability in interpreting data
    Very good at PowerPoint and Excel

Experience
    Marketing experience in FMCG and/or Retail environment
    Experience working in a high traffic e-commerce/CRM business in a front line role (client or agency)
    Strong digital and social media skills
    Very good understanding of local media environment and campaign implementation
    Experience of working with external agencies
    Used to a fast paced team/collaborative environment
    Graduate calibre
    Native speaker French / German with fluent English
