Your tasks

The Marketing Communications Manager, is responsible for collaboratively creating and tactically executing the integrated marketing communications strategy for the Communication Segment in alignment with Market and Product Management. Your responsibilities include the following:

  • Develop and execute the relevant marketing communication plans for the Communication Segment
  • Strategizing and implementing campaigns leveraging both traditional and digital marketing tactics
  • Managing of events and exhibitions
  • Collaborating with the Digital Marketing Manager to help leverage and optimize the HUBER+SUHNER website, e-marketing tools, SEO/SEM, digital advertising, social media channels and other digital marketing tactics
  • Assessing state of current materials – revising existing literature as appropriate, archive outdated versions, and leverage digital whenever possible
  • Coordinate content development in alignment with the overarching brand guidelines

Your profile

We are looking for a senior B2B marketing enthusiast with solid strategic marketing experience in international, industrial environments. Furthermore, we are looking for the following profile:

  • Higher education (e.g. Bachelor degree) Advertising, Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in a Marketing Communications role developing content and implementing both offline and online campaigns
  • Experience in event/tradeshow management, including online webinars and live streaming events
  • Experience and success working in a global matrix organization and collaborating cross-functionally
  • Highly motivated self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellence in written and verbal English, German is an advantage
  • Ability to travel as needed
