Your role

Are you passionate about creating impactful marketing content that generates engagement? Are you a great writer? As Marketing Content Specialist, you will closely with our marketers and designers to create engaging, high-quality content from concept to execution for our digital channels

You will:
  • work closely with the colleagues in the Marketing Advisory team and internal stakeholders to develop integrated and data-driven campaign from storytelling concept to realization that resonates with our target audiences and drives engagement and leads
  • ensure messaging and visuals are consistent, compelling, relevant and channel optimized delivering a seamless customer journey
  • be responsible for the editorial planning, development and optimization of content
  • work closely with our data experts to derive insights from testing and optimization activities and support the continuous development of our best practices
  • act as an advocate of the UBS language guidelines supporting consistency and implementation by ensuring that all written campaign content reflect UBS Style guidelines and the UBS tone of voice

Your team

You’ll be working in the Marketing Platforms team, which is part of Group Communications and Branding, in Zurich. The Marketing Platforms manages and develops the UBS’ core marketing platforms, channels and tools, e.g., UBS.com, intranet, analytics and email marketing, and works with internal business partners across the UBS business divisions. Marketing Platforms is focused on using digital marketing, technology, optimization and analytics to drive business results and digital transformation.

Your expertise

  • university education, preferably in a Marketing
  • minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in content marketing, ideally in finance.
  • you know how to get inside the head of a target audience, uncovering their motivations and interests, and what moves them.
  • experience in optimizing content using A/B testing
  • experience in proactively collaborating with multiple stakeholders
  • strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO
