We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our energetic in-house marketing team.

As an integral part of this truly global team, you’ll be based in our Zurich headquarters and report to the Director of Marketing. You will work to support marketing projects for central initiatives and for our au pair recruitment markets worldwide. You will coordinate translations, CMS updates, and campaign roll-outs as well as jump into a diverse range of projects as needed. You will learn from our team of marketing managers and our creative team to grow your knowledge and experience in the world of marketing.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide tailored marketing support to 25+ international au pair recruitment teams across all marketing channels
  • Own content management in various systems including Contentful, WordPress & Marketing Cloud
  • Coordinate our translation and review process in 15+ languages
  • Manage relationships with vendors
  • Roll out 360, re-engagement and conversion campaigns across multiple markets
  • Build and send ad hoc email communications while implementing correct segmentation
  • Work closely with our in-house creative team to ensure brand-aligned content and deliver marketing materials
  • Manage a variety of marketing projects encompassing social media, brand reputation, print materials, email marketing, content and more…
Qualifications

Who you are:
  • A degree in Marketing or Communications is desirable, but we acknowledge that passion and smarts are just as valuable
  • 0-2 years work experience in a marketing team
  • Experience with a CMS, social media, email marketing tools and project management systems
  • You are a team player who understands the importance of teamwork, collaboration, and open communication across a global organization
Requirements
  • Eligibility for a Swiss work permit
  • Excellent English skills (working language is English), other European languages a plus
